Srinagar, Sept 04: The families of two victims of Indain state terrorism, who were killed in custody by Indian troops, are yet to get justice even after the passage of 13 years and despite the fact that police and the authority sponsored Human Rights Commission had also clearly held Indian troops responsible for the custodial killings of the two persons of Poonch.
